From the first day when Lance and Ash attended along with four others, and then the subsequent days when it was just Ash and Ted attending, without exception every one of your staff have been courteous and pleasant ensuring that they kept Bev and I informed of what was going on. They took every care of the plants etc which were in many cases were located up against the house. They left the site tidy at the end of each day.”
